I want to thank Isabel Wang and Margot Bellon of Bridging Tech, and Anjum Malik of the Global Impact Initiative for bridging the digital divide and empowering our at-risk high school students. Your mission to give our students laptops for learning during these times of crisis is so welcome. Your help changes the narrative for these students and helps them rise out of poverty through skill-building and job placement. Let’s continue to work together. I have taught in this at-risk environment for 15 years and have worked with the homeless and poverty-stricken youth. Thankfully this program . . . allows my students to surround themselves with Changemakers as they continue on their academic journey.
